Manufactured in Europe, the range of PVC Capsules supplied by Innovatra to leading wine companies is only limited by your imagination. In addition to stock wine capsule colours, we are able to supply capsules matched to any colour as well as printed with any artwork. Some of the features that we can supply include:
Rotogravure Printing
Virtually any image can be printed in up to 6 colours.
Embossing
Add a 3 dimensional/tactile effect to the top of your bottle.
Hot Foil Stamping
Enhancing the already premium appearance of your capsule with hot-foil stamping.
Tear Strip / Tear Tape
Tear tape can be incorporated into your capsule to enhance consumer opening.
Perforation
Capsules can be perforated to assist consumer opening.
Cap with PVC Top
Top disc made of PVC, coloured or clear.
Cap with Aluminium Top
Top disc made of aluminium.
Open Cap
Capsules without any top.
Cap Stoppers Incorporated
Capsules with polyethylene (PE) stoppers incorporated. A wide range of stoppers is available.
Cork Cap Combination
The wine capsule incorporates a large topped cork stopper.
